This PR suggests adding
calc_masked_psdandcalc_binned_psdto fft_ops.calc_masked_psdmasks hwpss peaks and other peaks in the given PSD. This enables applying 1/f curve fitting to data with hwpss.calc_binned_psdputs given PSD into bins. This makesfit_noise_modelwork much faster.Here is a demonstration for new functions.
