  • [Parse Effects] Apply passive player effects to base_initial_current_t initial

  • ensure modules are calling parse_player_effects_t::init_finished()

  • make sure all parse_effects calls have been done before player_t::init_finished

  • Apply passive effects when parsing effect subtype
