This HR Analytics Dashboard provides a high-level overview of key HR metrics for an organization. It's designed to give insights into employee demographics, attrition rates, job satisfaction, and other crucial HR-related data to support strategic decisions.
- Total Employees: Displays the total number of employees in the organization.
- Total Attrition: Number of employees who have left the company.
- Attrition Rate: Percentage of total employees who have left the company.
- Attrition by Education: Shows the distribution of attrition across different educational backgrounds.
- Attrition by Age: Breakdown of attrition within specific age groups.
- Attrition by Salary Slab: Visualizes attrition rates across different salary brackets.
- Attrition by Years at Company: Demonstrates how attrition rates change with the employee's tenure at the company.
- Job Satisfaction: A table that reflects job satisfaction levels across various job roles.
- Attrition by Job Role: Illustrates which job roles have the highest numbers of attrition.
- Average Age: The mean age of employees in the organization.
- Average Salary: The average salary of employees, expressed in 'k' (thousands).
- Average Years at Company: The average number of years employees have spent at the company.
The dashboard visualizes data sourced from the company's HR information system, covering various departments and job roles.
The dashboard is interactive and allows for drilling down into specific departments such as Human Resources, Research & Development, and Sales for more detailed analysis.
HR leaders and department managers can leverage this dashboard to:

To use this dashboard:
- Ensure you have Power BI Desktop installed.
- Download the
.pbix
file from the repository. - Open the file in Power BI Desktop.
- Update data source settings if necessary.
