SIRIUS is designed to work off-the-shelf only for **Data Dependent Acquisition** (DDA) data with no or very few chimerics.
While SIRIUS has been applied to Data Independent Acquisition (DIA) data, too, it's important to note that our methods were not specifically developed for DIA and may perform less effectively in that context.
