This originally is forked from yogiben's meteor-admin package, with these changes:

1. updated AdminLTE to its latest (see the version in app.js)
2. added a bunch of plugins AdminLTE required, well, acutally all of them.

• make package for each jQuery plugin (OR required through npm);
• better structure
