Minor update of plate data

• Update plate data for India (501) in Besse & Courtillot
• Update 'about' text to include DOI and correct publication year

Model release for publication (June 2015)

Version 1.1 of the Paleolatitude.org model is released on the publication date of our article in PLoS ONE. This version corrects a minor inaccuracy in the calculation of error bounds, as well as minor updated to the plate data. -sjvs

Public release for PLOS ONE review

This release marks the version that is ready for the review of revisions at PLOS ONE. It is considered stable, and we are not aware of any bugs.
