Multiple categories and convenient problem upload Latest

Upload problems automated, sort for multiple categories

Basic working system with sources

Problems uploaded in groups (sources), then the whole source approved, also problems are sorted into categories. Categories are not grouped yet.

USER, ADMIN and SUPER_ADMIN users, data and file management.

Docker image is not pushed to Docker Hub because of application logs leak.

Category grouped release

Initial release, not fully functional but working. Problems are grouped into categories, both are being submitted and then reviewed.
