Summary
This PR reverts a part of #114 to keep the framework name "Bolt for JavaScript" intact while still specifying that this template is TypeScript focused. I was excited about fixed extensions and didn't realize the significance of this title... Updating here to match the current repo description!
A few other formatting fixes were made with the kind help of marksman.
