Description

Second patch release for the 1.4. A set of bug fixes for the piral-cli dealing with some edge cases in configuration.

Notably fix for the core framework is the debug adapter, which now fully adds pilets again on disable+enable. This ensures that stylesheets are integrated again and that the full life cycle is properly used - making disable+enable behave fully correct.
