- added a new setting for switching a theme with more contrast - setting can be enabled/disabled through global settings - currently nothing happens on switching, just the state is saved - the contrast view needs to be discussed SVA-91
- added a new setting for selecting data providers - setting can be enabled/disabled through global settings - `SettingsDataProvider` is based on `SettingsListItem` and opens a dialog, which shows all data provider with checkboxes - created `Checkbox` based on `Radiobutton` - currently nothing happens on selecting, just the state is saved - the behavior after selection needs to be discussed SVA-91
