First public release

This first release contains the version 1.0 of the evaluation tools.
For now, they contain the program which compares the ground truth image with some participant result, and returns a global quality measure (based on structural similarity, higher is better, 1.0 is the best score).

Simply download the sources and run main.py -h to get the online help.
