IME CHS Fix

Fix Simplified Chinese IME dictionaries are not ready yet on Win 11

1. Download the Release version and unzip it

2. Run the bat file as an Administrator

3. Done.

Uninstall Edge script. Work with Microsoft Edge Ver 133.0.1661.54 on Windows 11 24H2. Remove Edge, Edge Core and Edge WebView.
