Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current explanation of the action counter doesn't adequately convey its purpose and the potential privacy implications of exceeding the action limit. Users may not understand the relationship between their actions, epoch keys, and the risk of action correlation, while still maintaining anonymity.
