Description

This PR fixes code coverage data generation for the Almanack (which wasn't generating coverage.xml files properly). This is a new PR to avoid GitHub's cache of the branch which previously appeared to cause challenges with the SVG generated for coverage. Tested through a fork and appears to pass at https://github.com/d33bs/almanac/actions/runs/12460459930/job/34778706608 .

Closes #209
