Configure FLLM Instance endpoints and update the Management Portal status page

The issue or feature being addressed

N/A

Details on the issue fix or feature implementation

This PR adds FLLM Instance endpoints to API services that do not have them configured and updates the Status pages to use Instance endpoints if they are not configured.

Updates the FLLM info/status page within the Management Portal to use FLLM Instance paths on the status pages as needed. Also adds missing API services so they display on the page.
