Can you please add the following note to the gloo-mesh-demo readme:
Note: If you're running this demo using a Mac M4 processor, you'll need to use a keycloak image that was compiled on arm64. Therefore, please update /install/keycloak/keycloak.yaml to use sleighzy/keycloak:12.0.4-arm64 as the container image.
