k8s-diagnose v0.0.2 released, the releases notes as follow:

1. Check if mailx installed on this host, if not installed then install mailx immediately.
2. Support multi accounts of smtp/smtps which send notifying email.
3. Support download TLS/SSL cert file from SMTP Server, and add cert file to local trusted registry.
4. Transfer email's subject, body and attachment as arguments to notify_email.
