Minor update - adds theming capabilites for downstreams to override the built-in Arc styling with new possibilities.

This is the initial release of mate-notification-theme-solus, a theme for the MATE Notification Daemon.
This provides a notification style identical to the Arc-styled Budgie Desktop notifications.

After installation, use mate-notification-properties to select the new style.
