This repository contains supporting materials for the article "Using the Business Motivation Model as an Organising Principle to Clarify Public Policy."

"Artefact Image.jpg" is a picture of the model of the Aviation Chapter of the EU ETS. (We recommend viewing the model in Miro, see next file).

"Artefact Link.txt" contains the link to the Miro board where one can interact with the model.

"Policy With Mark Up.pdf" shows the policy text with reference ID markup in red.

"Questionnaire.pdf" shows the forms we used during formative evaluation of the model.
