Easily convert a hyperspectral image to an RGB image.
- Install uv
- Install the dependencies and start the project
uv sync
uv run start
- Run the container:
docker run -it -p 7860:7860 songyz2019/hsi2rgb
- Open
http://localhost:7860
in your browser - Upload your HSI image (
.mat
or.tif
) - Set the wave length range
- Submit and see the result
uv sync
uv build
# the whl file will be in dist/ folder
- Build the container:
docker compose build
- Run the container:
docker compose up -d
