This PR fixes the disabled tests in
tests/project_structure.bats. The tests were failing becauseassert_file_existandassert_dir_existwere not available. I implemented these assertions in a new helper filetests/helpers/fs_helpers.bashand loaded it in the test file. The tests now pass.PR created automatically by Jules for task 10995203743991736608 started by @southpawriter02
