Aya v0.3

• Added -window and -region arguments for capturing a single window or region of the screen
• Fixed the cursor being visible on the screenshot with the FFmpeg backend

• Added a configuration file which can override Aya's default behavior (similar to the CLI options), located in ~/.config/aya/aya.conf
• For the -d argument, passing ~ to it will make Aya interpret it as your home directory
