In this release, we made adjustments to the package requirements. We had previously adjusted the numpy requirements in the previous release to address issue #13. Furthermore, we downgraded the scipy requirements to scipy>=v1.8.0 to continue supporting issue #13.
There are no changes to the codebase in this release.
