I got this to work but realized that this is causing errors in the 11ty build which would prevent the rendering of certain patterns. For example, if the glossary word exists inside an html tag like <img alt="Discovery Server"... /> it will break that page.
Probably best to instead do this processing on the markdown document rather than the HTML output. What's the best way to do this?
