Fix scope of function-test-support dependency

I noticed unexpected logging behaviour when using sftp-consumer caused by the missing test scope of the function-test-support dependency.

Workaround:

      <version>4.0.1-SNAPSHOT</version>
      <exclusions>
        <exclusion>
