This PR adds a new
enhance-responsecommand to the Spring Cli.Context:
We are working on a copilot chat agent prototype in Spring tools. As part of this, the chat agent uses the Spring Cli to enhance request, modify response and apply lsp edits.
The
enhance-responsecommand is used to modify the copilot response to ensure it's compliant with Spring Boot 3.
