Removes Unnecessary (Records, includes, excludes and template)

Removes the need for records to be in a list with key Records this is left over from the project being created to handle AWS SNS messages

Removes the requirement for includes and excludes as they now default to all and none if omitted

Removes requirement for template as some routers may only be concerned with the record and/or its vars
