Main directories

evolutionary_analyses

This directory contains four sub-directories (data, figures, scripts and tables) which contain main and intermediate data sets (generated from analyses) and R scripts for generating main figures and supplementary figures/tables presented in the manuscript.

bayesian_variable_rates_model_output

This directory contains all intermediate files (including log and rate scalar files, posterior and consensus trees) from the Bayesian variable-rates analyses performed using the BayesTraits program. The directory also contains an R script for producing figures and Bayesian diagnostics.
