PowerSchool-Update-Student-GlobalID

This plugin does two things.

1. Creates a PowerQuery that can be used to update student's globalids
   1. Only lists students where their globalid does not match their email
   2. Blanks out the globalid from inactive students
2. Installs a helper scripts on the start page that updates globalids in the background
   1. You must be logged in with an administrative account in group 9
   2. You must be in the District Office
