Alternative implementation of #78.
By using
uv, it's possible to download Python builds from https://github.com/indygreg/python-build-standalone, which are pre-compiled and optimised. This only only reduces the build time, but should reduce the image size as there's fewer compile-time dependencies installed.Very very WIP, and currently untested.
