The latest master sadly also includes some experimental rules and rules that'll be available in dart 3.1
Sadly the last release doesn't include most of the useful rules around for dart 3.0 like
unnecessary_breakswich is useful for us in nextcloud/neon#567Should we add a second list that's responsible to remove rules not yet available for the targeted dart version?
