Use images that exist. We can't use hdfs from 24.7 because there is a tool needed. For consistency, we use the same image for consistency

We are now ready to merge this.
It contains some changes that break the stability of demos on
main, but will be fixed during the release process. We aim to improve the process to avoid this issue in future.
