Meeting this milestone means sBTC has a low level design and is almost fully scoped and broken down into expected engineering artifacts.

The artifacts of this milestone are the low level design documents, or LLDs, for each component identified in the HLD. Each LLD should contain the following information:

• What dependent features in other components
• How each artifact should be tested + internally audited
• The ticket breakdown of implementing the component
• External tasks that need to happen around the component
• All knowns and unknowns around the feature

Extending this milestone to the third* of May to allow us to clear out straggling tickets that just need a quick approval.
