Implement Create Wager Endpoint

Description

• Implemented the create wager endpoint in the create wager screen
• Added necessary models for request/response
• Created wager service for API communication
• Implemented UI for creating a wager
• Added authentication flow with token management
• Tested on physical device with MetaMask connection

Testing Instructions

1. Run the app on a physical device
2. Connect wallet using MetaMask option
3. Navigate to Create Wager screen
4. Fill in the form and submit
5. Verify the wager is created successfully
