One Fix for Issue#219
This is fix/work-around for Issue#219 which work by updating the register of the SN76489 on the leading edge of /WE as well as during the pooling routine.

Music 5000 with Filtering
This is a version of B-Em in which the Music 5000 emulator has an output filter. The default is a filter which approximately matches the one in the original hardware. Another option is a 16kHz filter as used by the jasoni remake (see https://stardot.org.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?p=235383#p235383). If neither of these options is selected, no filtering is done.

B-Em with Keyboard fixes and Keyboard debug enabled
This is a release to address issues reported in https://stardot.org.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?p=383712#p383712
It also enables logging of keyboard events to the b-emlog.txt log file for further debugging.

B-Em with Speech
This is a version of B-Em with support for the Speech Upgrade added courtesy of the MAME module for the TMS5220. I have tested on Linux and Windows 10 and it speaks sample words via the OS SOUND (OSWORD) and Trick''s Starwar speech demo.
