To reduce potential regressions, I've reverted the changes to
stashIDCriterionHandler. This allowed me to reimplementstashIDsCriterionHandlerto support a smaller subset of modifiers. Fixes issue reported on Discord where the stash id criteria would not be handled correctly when combined with other criteria.
