address issue #131 by adding function
test_linear_combo()to run robust Wald tests on linear combos. It does this by updating thehandHmatrices. It tests this new approach by making sure that it runs, and then by testing t1e for one set of parameters and data generation process, across 100 simulations. It may need more extensive testing before merging.
