notation in @cast calls changed, this silences some warnings

I had switched to the deprecated syntax k:M instead of k in 1:M to be backward-compatible with TensorCast v0.3 which was needed for compatibility with TensorKit.jl and MPSKit.jl
Since we don't really need those anymore, i agree to go back to the newer syntax. Also I'm going to update this same PR to have a more recent version of TensorCast.
