Simple GUI based app utilize the combination modules of Biopython, PyQT, and PySide2.
Available features offered including fetching nucleotide and genbank files from NCBI and simple analysis of amino acids inside fasta file. Users may put accession number of fasta file from NCBI database, paste it at input box. Automatic scripts works using biopython module and NCBI's API will connect to the NCBI database and fetch the fasta files according to the accession number.
