This pull request replaces code block references (
GreatCircle) with links in the documentation comments. This makes it easier for the users (they can click the link to go to the mentioned struct, function, ...) and also for maintenance - if the struct name changes,cargo docwill display warnings, making it easy to fix the documentation.Closes #7
