  1. Allow level selection on the [pmpro_signup] shortcode. 

    Two shortcode attributes added:
'levels' (string of level ids to show, or "all" to show all levels, default NULL)
'levels_select' (string - default "dropdpwn", otherwise radio buttons will show)
