Description
Cherry-pick a commit from upstream to fix xcode 26 compile issue.
Motivation and Context
Makes it easier to run backend slobs with xcode 26 w/o using workarounds
How Has This Been Tested?
Slightly more risky because we're introducing yet another revision update. I figure since we will need to do another mac full run test anyways this might be perfect time?
