I would like to propose adding the open source foundations which SUSE sponsors to the page. We get asked by customers and partners for this information frequently. Adding this information to this page unifies the information and view to our customers.

The changes align with the current code algorithms and page styles. There is a small amount of code change. The large portion of the additions are the yaml files and logos for each of the foundations.

I've verified the changes, running them on hugo server. (That was a first and fun!)
