Auto Bunnyhop v2.0.0

Fully reworked with better method of bunnyhopping. Now client can freely enable/disable auto bunnyhop.

The plugin works on versions 2.1.4.7 - 2.1.5.n (didn't test on older versions), also it works on shit TLS versions, feel free to use the plugin.
