Tox:

  • Create wheels rather than sdists
  • Skip installation step in the pkg environment.

Workflow definition:

  • Attempt to cache the .tox/ directory
  • Remove the need for two "Run Tests" steps
  • Run tox envs in parallel
  • Drop macos builds
