Version 1.0

This is the first ever fully featured release of Citrine. It manages to perform all the mentioned functionality mentioned in the spec while being significantly smaller and more efficient than the previous build due to a full rewrite!

first ever published release of citrine, allows for all the basic functionality mentioned in the readme but may run into some issues here and there.

to use this either rename it to citrine and place it in your usr/bin/ folder or create a symlink.
