UKI: add kernel command line and initrd modules for Plymouth

With simpledrm the UKI can show the Plymouth splash screen immediately. Add the filter for the modules and the kernel cmdline to the desktop profile.

Maybe this should be an optional profile instead ? Adding plymouth adds complexity vs a simple splash bmp in the UKI which will give a similar result... The only thing would be a nicer fallback password prompt but this shouldn't be used anyway with the default particleos setup ?

mkosi has a plymouth initrd profile these days so we can add InitrdProfiles=plymouth and drop all the InitrdPackages=. the profile does not configure simpledrm so the kernel modules and command line stuff can stay.
