Follow latest mruby changes.

Releasing 1.0.0

Since mruby/mruby@83c1399 is commited I can't keep the compatibiliy with mruby-1.0.0 so I'm releasing 1.0.0.
(I should do this more earlier since there is format specifier that can't be used in 1.0.0.)
