This commit introduces a new feature that allows the Talos agent to listen to a Twitch channel and process chat messages. A new 'twitch' command has been added to the CLI, which starts a listener for a specified channel. The listener filters out empty messages and commands and formats the remaining messages into a structured 'DATA_EVENT' payload. This payload is then sent to a mocked AO Gateway, which simulates the connection to the game sandbox. Sensitive credentials are loaded from environment variables.
