added T relative perfoamance to ARB

tokens for great projects can still go down just becasue market conditions are poor

talos should take this into account when calculating APR

for example, should stakers APR be lowered because price is down 2% when the whole market is down 20%?

perhaps they should even be rewarded even though price is down, im not sure, talos should make that decision

this commit updates:

• the dexscreener to get data for ARB and T,
• the prompt sent to talos to include relative performance when calculating yield
• creates tests for
  • the dexscreener calls,
  • make sure the prompt for the APR calculation is formatted correctly
